Appointment Information

​

A credit card is required to reserve all spa and salon appointments.

La Beauté Loft Spa & Salon is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business and that of our staff.

​

​

Cancellations

​

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This gives us ample time to schedule another client. Please provide 72 hours notice for group cancellations. All appointment cancellations must be made and confirmed via Telephone or email.

​

Cancellation Fee

​

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours:  50% of the reserved service amount.

• No shows, appointments cancelled upon arrival, and appointments cancelled less than an hour of the scheduled appointment time: 100% of the reserved service amount.

• Any services requiring a deposit must also cancel 24 hours prior to appointment to receive a refund. Even if you have placed a deposit and you no show you will be charged the 100% of the reserved service amount (minus your deposit).

• GROUPON VOUCHER will be redeemed if no show or cancel less than an hour of the scheduled appointment time.

No refunds on services rendered.

No Shows

​

Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time, no show clients will be asked to reserve their future appointment with a credit card or to prepay for the service.

When to Arrive

​

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, filling out medical history forms and getting settled.

Late Arrival

​

In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The regular service price will apply. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or your session will be shorten, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the staff's next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion.  In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

Children

​

Children under 8 years old, who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult not receiving a service and remain in the waiting area. Children under 8 are not allowed in spa areas at any time.

Children under 18 years old are considered a minor. A parent or guardian must be present IN THE TREATMENT ROOM (but not receiving a service) for the duration of the service and must sign a consent form for the minor to receive the service. Excludes nail services, makeup applications and hair services.

Here are the age guidelines for Spa Services:

Facial: 12+
Massage: 12+
Nails: 6+
Waxing/Tinting: 12+

Eyelash Extensions: 12+
Body treatments: 12+

 

This is A Professional Spa Establishment.  If a service provider feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately.

Cell Phone

​

We want La Beauté Loft to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience for all. We request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and only conduct a conversation in outside the spa area. Please use headphones if you’re watching videos.

Eyelash Extensions

​

Please note that any reactions to eyelash extensions are not foreseeable by our skilled & trained staff (or even by you), and whilst all care is taken, no refunds will be issued for reactions. La Beauté Loft do offer a Free removal should this unfortunate event occur and we ask you contact us immediately that you become aware, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment. If at all possible, avoid applying mascara on the day of your appointment. If you do have mascara on, make sure to wash it off thoroughly before your appointment time, and do not use an oil-based makeup remover, as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. Do not use waterproof mascara or eyeliner. There is a $20 fee if our technician has to remove eye makeup, and it may cut into your session time.

We cannot guarantee the work of other salons; if you already have eyelash extensions from another salon, there may be additional fees if the lash extensions were not applied correctly and need to be removed. The lash extensions removal fee is $20 for a full set removal (more than 10 lashes per eye). A full set must then be purchased.

We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash and Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal checks.
